Film terms

1. Films ($20)

Buying a film gives you a download of the master film and the complete source code that renders it. Your purchase stays in your library, tied to the Google account you signed in with.

2. What you may do with a film and its source

• Use the film, or films you render from the source, in your own projects, including commercial ones.
• Change the source however you like: words, colours, timing, music.
• You may not resell, share or publish the source itself, or a lightly changed copy of it, as a template, course or product.
• Fonts and other third-party parts keep their own licences, listed in each download’s LICENSES file.

3. Custom films ($40)

• One film of up to 30 seconds in the format you choose, made to your brief and delivered to your library with its source, under the same licence as above.
• You must have the right to use anything you ask us to include (brand names, logos, words, references). We don’t make films that impersonate real people, infringe someone else’s rights, or are hateful, sexual, deceptive or illegal.
• We may decline a brief. If we decline it, or can’t deliver it, you get a full refund.

4. Refunds

If a download doesn’t work, or a film isn’t what its page describes, email support@onyxlab.ai within 14 days and we’ll fix it or refund you.

5. Payments and your data

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Prices are in US dollars. To keep your library we store your Google account’s name, email address and picture, what you bought, and any brief you send. See the privacy policy for the rest.
